In 1991 Dave Polowick Design was just a concept in the mind of it's founder, Dave Polowick, who had just graduated from the Architectural Design Program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. Two years later, Dave Polowick Design opened it's doors and offered a fresh, new perspective on custom building design to the Chatham-Kent Community.
